CRYPTOK USER DATA DELETION POLICY

1. Upon termination or cancellation of the account, Cryptok shall, no later than 1 day, at the request of the customer, either delete or return the Customer Data (including its copies, if any) that is in its possession or control except where such data that is required by applicable law to be retained either in whole or in part, or otherwise that are archived on back up systems which Cryptok shall securely isolate, protect from any further processing and eventually delete.
   
   
2. When an account is deleted, all data associated with the account is destroyed immediately. If it is a HIPAA enabled account we will immediately delete or destroy the PHI received, provided or processed pursuant to signing a BAA with You.
